Nearly 500 Scientologists gathered in Budapest to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology’s Ideal Org on Váci Road.
Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become an important meeting place for the Hungarian Scientology community. The anniversary brought together a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade.
During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted activities focused on drug eu news von der leyen education, human rights, humanitarian service and dialogue between religions. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
